Hunting season has arrived! Here are a few tips from your local auto glass pros!
🛻 🔑Pro tip # 1 - Get a spare key & a magnetic key box to avoid getting locked out of your vehicle. For $10 you can have piece of mind that if you lock your keys in your vehicle, you won't have to break a window to get back in because let's face it - any window, a door glass or a back glass is EXPENSIVE! Plus it may be weeks out to get replaced. You don't need an expensive ignition key to unlock the door - you can get a door key cut at Standard for a few bucks.
🛺🦌Pro tip # 2 - Secure a 2x4 to the back of your bed below the window to give you a couple more inches of clearance when loading your 4wheeler in the back of the truck. We have replaced hundreds of back windows because they put the wheeler into the window. A simple 2x4 should stop you before you hit the window. Also - we do NOT do power sliders any more!!
🌬❄️Pro tip # 3 - Be aware of your vehicles capabilities before venturing off into the hills. Conditions can change very rapidly and we want you to have a safe and successful season!

***Our scheduling timelines can range anywhere from 3-6 weeks as we get into the summer rush.
***We now offer in-house recalibrations of your vehicles ADAS systems! With that, please be advised that this adds additional time for replacements.
***We kindly ask that if you order a windshield, please be certain you want it before you ask us to order as we don't have the room to store a thousand windshields and we only have so much time to send them back.
And finally, we are a two person team & there are only so many hours in a day! Please be kind and understanding and we will do the same!

Hard to believe fall is here already! 🍂🍁 **WE WILL BE CLOSED OCT 9th-11th!** The shop dogs decided we needed a couple days off after the busy summer!! 🦮🐕 We are currently scheduling about 5-6 weeks out for windshield replacements & are working in rock chips where we can. 🛻🚙 Please call 406-683-2846 and we'll get back to you as soon as we are back in the office or send us a message!

Summer equals road construction, more traffic & more broken windshields! We're currently 3-4 weeks out on repairs & about 7 weeks out on replacements. We have also implemented a new policy! **Repairs will only be completed if you have 3 or less chips. Industry standard is 4+ chips is "unrepairable" & you will need to have your windshield replaced.** Thanks for keeping us busy!!!🚙🛻 Call us with any questions!

***We now offer in-house recalibrations of your vehicles ADAS systems! With that, please be advised that this adds additional time for replacements.
***Going forward, we may require a non-refundable deposit on special order windshields, depending on the situation.
***We kindly ask that if you order a windshield, please be certain you want it before you ask us to order as we don't have the room to store a thousand windshields and we only have so much time to send them back.
