Ok, so I just have to post this! Yesterday at about 4:30 pm I decided to go get my oil changed. (Long overdue, but that's another story) So I had noticed for a few months the new Mid TN Express L**e on 46 next door to Dickson Donuts, so I thought I'd give em a try. So I pull in and two very nice young men come over to the car and ask what I needed. I told them an oil change, but I was worried about what time they closed, and they said " oh no, we don't close til 5, so go ahead and pull in!" You guys, these were the most polite, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable young men! Also, gave me a bottle of water! Well they also told me they are having a special right now, so I got a deal on the oil change (and yes mine's synthetic so always a higher price) While I was inside sipping my greatly appreciated water, one of the young men comes in with my very nasty air filter, and asked if I would like it replaced. He recommended that I did replace it, and told me what the price would be, so I agreed to let him replace it. He even brought both the old and the new filter to me so I could see that the change was sorely needed! Well, before 5 pm, my vehicle was ready to go, and I couldn't believe how reasonably priced! Under $90. I can't say enough good things about this place and the workers! One of them even told me that my vehicle was known to burn a little more oil, so prior to the next servicing (about half way before, he said) if I would come by, they would check the oil level, and if it was low, they would top it off for free! Now I'm telling you all, GO GET YOUR OIL CHANGED with this place, and these gentlemen! They are awesome! Thanks to Mid TN Express L**e for making this one happy old fat woman!!!
