Ac mode door actuator & the recirculation actuator (not pictured) replacement done on this benz

def injector clogged up and started to make a mess & going into reduced engine power. Replaced the def injector & performed manual regen & reset the parameters. Back to work she goes.

F250 got new front driveshaft u joints. Truck had a vibration up front, we check all steering components and everything checked out. We had to pull the front axle shafts and check the u joints out cause with them in the truck, they seemed to be fine. But when we pulled the they had hard spots in them, so we replaced then and back on the road its goes.

Spark plug blew out and it could not be repaired. So the head came off & was replaced. It got new gaskets and fresh coolant & the damaged spark plug was replaced as the other 3 were ok.

Flywheel took out the starter. Installed new flywheel, starter, rear main seal, and oil pan gasket(didn't get a pic).

Came in with a misfire at idle on cylinder #5. Moved fuel injector, spark plug & ignition coil to oher cylinders & misfire stayed on that cylinder. So we checked compression and was a little on the low side. So we pulled valve cover off to check valvetrain & at first we didn't see nothing out of the norm. But we had to bring out the mic to measure the cam lobes on that cylinder and found it to be .05 lower than one another, that was enough to cause a small misfire at idle. So we pulled the cylinder head & replaced it with a remanufactured unit. Also found timing chain guides a lil bad. So we put a timing chain kit while it was apart. Got her all back together and added an updated oilcooler & lower aluminum intake. Back to the trails it goes.

Truck expierenced an all neutral situation but we got him back up & going along with a new thermal bypass valve & a new radiator. We also flushed all the transmission cooler lines befor new parts we installed.

Did the s&s dcr high pressure fuel pump conversion on this 6.7 powerstroke. We also replaced the fuel filters and back on the road she went.
