You possibly noticed we’ve been closed every other week end and random days during week for past few months. Calls have been missed and just trying to stay busy to distract the mind.
We’ve had to do this because
we’ve been making the 7.5 hour drive from Detroit to Wisconsin every other week for past few months to see my dad. He’s been in hospice care at an assisted living facility. We’ve tried to get as much time with him as possible.
He had an extremely bad heart attack couple years ago and has been going down hill since. It’s been tough watching him wither away to nothing.
Today 8-16-26 around at 6:30 sister sent message that he has passed!
So we may be closed periodically this week due to family arrangements and some time to decompress.
Not to mention getting new my next closest and only living uncle Johnny just went into hospice yesterday with failing cancer and is slowly slipping away as well.
So if you have hard time reaching us by phone please leave a message and we’ll get back soon as we can. Just need some time to take this all in and process it mentally!
