✨Who says can’t start with a little curiosity and a whole lot of imagination?

This month, our team had the opportunity to participate in the annual Parent Engagement Night at Kitty Stone Elementary School. This year’s theme — Powered by STEAM: Explore. Create. Innovate. — set the tone for an incredible evening that brought together students, parents, educators, and local industry partners to highlight the exciting world of in Calhoun County.

At Bridgewater Interiors, we believe it’s never too early to spark curiosity — because moments like these plant important seeds. Through hands-on interaction and real-world conversations, we introduced students and families to manufacturing and industrial career pathways, showing how innovation, problem-solving, and teamwork power the products and systems they experience every day.

Bridgewater Interiors is mourning and honoring the life and legacy of —an iconic , humanitarian, and founder of the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, whose lifelong commitment to equality, economic empowerment, and human dignity helped reshape our nation and inspire the world. It is especially meaningful to reflect on his extraordinary impact during , a time dedicated to honoring leaders whose vision and courage expanded opportunity for generations.

His work not only changed history but also created pathways for future generations to thrive. For more than six decades, Reverend Jackson stood at the forefront of the fight for justice—marching alongside Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., registering millions of voters, and championing economic inclusion, education, and opportunity for underserved .

We are deeply proud of our longstanding relationship with Rev. Jackson’s Rainbow PUSH Coalition, having served as an annual sponsor for nearly 20 years in support of its mission to advance economic empowerment and social justice.

Our team is also honored that our founder was posthumously awarded the Coalition’s Freedom Symphony Award for lifetime achievement in 2016, and that our CEO was recognized with its annual Emerging Leader Award in 2011— distinctions that reflect the shared values and enduring connection between Reverend Jackson’s work and our company’s purpose.

Bridgewater Interiors is one of the leading automotive seating manufacturing companies. We specialize in just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing, sequencing, and delivery of seating, overhead, and center console systems. Since 1998, our highly skilled workforce has supplied automotive manufacturers with some of the highest quality products in the industry.
