Growth doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of great people working toward a shared goal every day.

Recently, we had the opportunity to bring together many members of the RED E team at our Detroit headquarters for a week of collaboration, learning, and plenty of great conversations.

For some, it was the first time meeting teammates in person after working together through calls, emails, and video meetings. It was a great reminder that while our team is spread across North America and beyond, we’re all working toward the same mission.

We wrapped up the week with a fun evening cheering on our hometown Tigers from a suite at Comerica Park. It was the perfect way to cap off a great week and spend time together outside the office.

As RED E continues to grow, so does our team. We’re grateful to everyone who made the trip, and we missed those who couldn’t join us this time. Looking forward to the next opportunity to get everyone together.
