☀️ Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist with reservations, check-ins, waivers, and rental agreements
• Answer questions about rentals, pricing, activities, and local attractions
• Maintain a clean and organized office and guest area
• Coordinate with dock staff and management
• Help ensure a safe, fun, and professional guest experience
🌊 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality, tourism, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
