🚗 Check Engine Light? Don't Ignore It! 🚗

This 2014 Ford Focus SE came into our shop with a check engine light, hard starting concerns, stalling, poor idle quality, and a lack of acceleration.

After performing a complete diagnostic inspection, our technician found multiple fault codes stored in the PCM. Through research and testing, we identified a common issue on these vehicles: the engine wiring harness had rubbed against the intake manifold, causing several wires to chafe through their insulation and expose the wires.

🔍 Our diagnostic process allowed us to pinpoint the root cause rather than simply replacing parts.

✅ Repaired damaged engine harness wiring
✅ Corrected the fault codes
✅ Restored proper engine performance
✅ Eliminated the hard start, stalling, and acceleration concerns

Modern vehicles rely heavily on electrical systems, and even a few damaged wires can create major drivability issues. Accurate diagnostics save time, money, and unnecessary repairs.
