🔧 WE’RE HIRING — FULL-TIME MECHANIC

Midwest Golf Carts is growing and we’re looking to add another full-time mechanic to our team in Des Moines!

We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and takes pride in their work.

What you’ll be working on:
• Gas & electric golf carts
• General service & repairs
• Electrical diagnostics
• Lithium battery installations
• Lift kits & suspension
• Wheels & tires
• Lighting & street legal kits
• Sound systems & accessories
• Custom golf cart builds
• Golf cart detailing
• General shop cleanup & organization

Golf cart experience is NOT required.

Automotive, powersports, motorcycle, ATV/UTV, small engine, or similar mechanical experience is a huge plus.

🔧 DON’T HAVE TOOLS YET? DON’T LET THAT STOP YOU.

We’re willing to consider entry-level candidates with the right attitude and mechanical ability, and we’re open to providing the tools you need to get started.

Already an experienced technician with your own tools? We want to talk to you too.

This is a full-time, year-round position in our 7,500 sq. ft. Des Moines facility.

We’re looking for someone who can show up, work hard, solve problems, and take pride in what they do.

Midwest Golf Carts will be operating on limited hours during the Knoxville Nationals, August 6–15.

Our Des Moines showroom will be open for retail customers and service drop-offs from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM each weekday. This allows our team to support our rental fleet at the Knoxville Nationals while also providing mobile golf cart service throughout Knoxville.

Golf cart sales outside of showroom hours are available by appointment only.
