We are hiring a Front Counter person. However, the applicant must be able to drive a manual transmission and work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Yes, height matters; we need someone at least 5'5" to reach the pedals. This is a fast-paced environment. The applicant must be able to climb up and down a ladder to start vehicles. Job duties include dealing with customers at the front desk, taking phone calls, checking people in and out, pulling cars in and out for customers, taking care of the front waiting room, etc. I will not be making calls back for one to two weeks. Sorry to post on Iowa Muffler's page, but I'm looking for help. I had a male customer who came in and left a few weeks ago. He left another state to get his kids away from a bad home life. He has enrolled them in DSM schools; one, a 16-year-old boy, will be attending Lincoln High School, and the other, a 12-year-old girl, will be going to Weeks. He is looking for an outlet to help get his children some clothes for school along with school supplies. If anyone has information to send to me, I will take it and pass it on.
