4. It's easier to have someone else do it. Formed by three friends and a quirk, Bulge Mod Shop deigns to deliver crazy fast guitar modifications, mainly in electronics. We aim to keep our prices cheaper than pro shops and still use pro-quality parts without the hassle. It began when David and Wyatt modified their JEM and Telecaster respectively with so many mods that the pickguard actually bulged from all that was going on. Deciding that this would be a funny inside joke and a business opportunity, they went into business. Your guitar doesn't actually have to bulge by the time we're done with it, and we'll do everything in our power to prevent it, but if it reaches the "bulge threshold," we'd take pride in letting it bulge as our trademark.
