Some owners are afraid to file claims on “older” vehicles because they don’t want their vehicles to total. It’s always a bad idea to not file a claim because at the very least if your vehicle totals they will give you an option to keep it and you will be able to get some money to either fix parts of it or to keep the money for for yourself. In other cases, like this 2012 Mercedes Benz, it doesn’t total you get your vehicle looking great again and you spend zero dollars getting it fixed. Oh Hail YES

Our client came in with damage to her quarter panel. We saw it also had hail damage and we asked if she wanted us to take care of it at the same time. She said she never fixed it because of the deductible. Hold my coffee….. “We waive deductibles on hail up to 1k so there would be no out of pocket” After applause and hugs we are fixing both the hail and accident damage. 1 stop shop.
