A built-out van doesn’t always carry its weight evenly.

This Transit came in with some drivability issues, so we installed the Trail Hero package with King coilovers and shocks, weight-matched progressive leaf springs, and 265/75R16 Toyos.

We got this Majestic sitting right with a WeldTec Designs suspension kit, FOX shocks, and a fresh set of Nitto Terra Grappler G3's. More clearance, better capability, and a whole lot more confidence once the pavement ends.

If you’ve driven a stock Sprinter, you already know the problem.

- Top-heavy in corners.
- Body roll on the highway.
- Gets pushed around by wind and semis.

Off-road doesn’t help. Washboard hits hard, suspension runs out of travel, and control drops fast once the weight starts working against you. This 3500 came in doing exactly that.

We fixed it with an Agile Off-Road RIP Kit, built to handle the real weight of a fully built van and bring the suspension back into control.
