Suspension upgrades don’t end when the last bolt gets torqued.

Changing ride height and suspension components changes the geometry of the van. A proper alignment gets everything dialed back in, helping it track straight, drive right, and keep the tires wearing evenly.

Here’s a closer look at what’s underneath the 2026 Transit we shared earlier this week.

This WeldTec Designs Trail Hero Package pairs King Shocks coilovers and adjustable shocks with progressive leafsprings and adjustable control arms to get this Transit sitting higher while keeping it dialed in on the road.

We finished it off with 245/75R16 Falken Wildpeak AT4s for a little more clearance and capability where it counts.

We installed a 2” WeldTec Designs lift for our friends over at AVC RIG - Van Build Resource , featuring King Shocks and coilovers, and finished off with a set of Falken Tire Wildpeak AT4Ws.

Here’s what we consider the perfect 2WD Sportsmobile package.

Variable rate coils, Bilstein shocks, progressive leaf springs, and Timbren bump stops. A simple setup that makes a big difference in how these vans ride and handle on and off the pavement.

Our own line of locally made hard tops, designed to give the Express more room and more possibilities. We’ll keep developing and refining them as we go.

A built-out van doesn’t always carry its weight evenly.

This Transit came in with some drivability issues, so we installed the Trail Hero package with King coilovers and shocks, weight-matched progressive leaf springs, and 265/75R16 Toyos.
