We want to say thank you for all the wonderful comments on Jon’s retirement post! Jon is humbled and so very appreciative of all the support of his many friends and supporters in the community.

Although Jon’s EZ L**e is now closed, Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VOIC) will open for business near the end of November. Be sure to stop by and say hi to some familiar EZ L**e faces (now Valvoline employees) and meet some new friends.

Hello Denton! I sincerely want to thank you for your business through the years. It has been an honor to have your support and friendship over the past 20+ years! Your loyalty has meant everything to me, my family, and my team!

I have a bitter-sweet announcement…I have decided to retire! As I leave Jon’s EZ L**e and embark on my next journey, I want to let you know that the new owners, Valvoline, will continue to provide you with your oil changes, inspections, and tire rotations. Several of our team members will continue on with Valvoline. Be sure to stop by to say hi to your favorite crew and meet some new friends. I look forward to crossing paths with you all in Denton and enjoying a more relaxed visit as I enjoy my retirement!

"I have used Jon’s EZ L**e a few times for oil changes & a vehicle inspection. They are always fast, courteous and affordable.

The last time I was there, I overheard the young woman who was answering the phone calm the caller who was worried about not arriving in time for an oil change before Jon’s closed.

The employee assured her they would get her taken care of and asked her not to rush and to drive safely.

It stuck out to me as unique because I’ve heard many other businesses just tell customers to come the next day.

Feels like Jon really cares about customers and he’s amassed a staff who share that value."
