Another customer saved from an auto parts store’s “diagnosis.” What they claimed was a bad alternator was actually a bad starter.

Auto parts stores sell parts — they do not diagnose vehicles. Most employees are sales associates, not technicians, and guessing leads to wasted money and unnecessary repairs.

If you want your vehicle diagnosed correctly the first time, take it to a reputable, professional repair shop.
