We are offering a 2017 37’ Mallard M-302 with 2 slides and sleeps 6 for only $17.995. This trailer was purchased from Liberty Mutual Insurance Company with a salvage title due to storm damage on the LH front corner and on the LH rear corner. I have made all the necessary repairs inside and out and have gone thru the Texas rebuilt process, had it inspected and have obtained a Texas Clean Title. On the Texas title there is a remarks area and there it reads Rebuilt Salvage – Damaged. I have rebuilt hundreds of trailers over a 13 year period and this repair is a solid as original and will last the life of the trailer. The rest of this trailer is like new, inside and out and even smells new. Other than the small cosmetic imperfections where the repairs was made this trailer is Like New! And is thousands below the Nada Book values and is great deal at $17,995. I have tested everything on this trailer and it is 100%, the only thing needed to go camping is a water hose, sewer line assy, TV and the attachment kit for the built in central vacuum system.
The lay out is a middle entry with a rear kitchen, middle living area and front bath and bedroom. There are 2 slide one in the bedroom that houses a closet and storage space and the other slide is in the living area that has a dinette and couch on it that both covert into sleeping accommodations for 4. The living area also has 2 reclining lounge chairs and a small table in between. The kitchen has a nice deep double sink with a cutting board, 3 burner propane stove top, propane oven, 110 volt Micro wave and a Dometic 110 Volt/Propane freezer/fridge assy. Also has tons of counter space and lots of storage for all your kitchen needs. It has a stereo system with inside and outside speakers and also you can hook up the TV and it too can utilize the inside and outside speaker system. It is ready for a flat screen TV, but there is not one included. Another nice option is the built in central vacuum, you will need to obtain the hardware kit to be able to use this system, which is the hose and different ends depending what type of cleaning you are doing. It has new 12 Volt battery and propane tanks are almost full. It also has electric leveling jacks and is pre wired for a solar panel system and that connector is located on the LH front frame rail. This trailer is super clean and when I say like new it is!
To tow this trailer you will need a 2 5/16” ball, 7 way round RV plug in, a 12 volt electric brake controller on your tow vehicle and your tow vehicle must be able to tow 6,800 lbs. It has like new tires and a spare on the the rear bumper and all the running, tail and turning signals lights work great and it is road ready.
