So a very lot going on here,, its cool that guys still try doing stuff in their garage at home, So Sean stuffed a 2008 96 inch motor and 6 speed tranz into a 2000 frame, some one though it ok to use the 2000 swingarm pivot bolt , bad idea, some one thought its ok to just use the factory 3/4 axle wheel and just bolt on the cush pulley from the 08 with the 1 in axle very very bad idea, so we got the polyurethane bushings for the 08 swingarm and the cush pulley used the 08 wheel that we needed the 08 axle 08 swing arm and the 08 caliper and caliper mount,
so you might wonder what's the big deal well the pivot bolt on the 2000 swing arm is way smaller in diameter than the pivot bolt on the 08 so you've got the 6-speed gearbox in there basically with a tiny pivot bolt sliding through which would have been wallering all over the place and then somebody felt it was an okay idea to run the 3/4 axle through the wheel using the 3/4 caliper Mount and that, but then let it all balance on the cush pulley with a bigger wheel bearing inside it,, and I'm pretty sure we figured out why the front wheels kept locking up when he was backing it off the trailer and trying to push it around in 2000 you had an 11.5 rotor here on the front of the bike now there is a floating rotor which I believe is the 11.8 ABS style rotor so it's that little bit bigger and just big enough to hit the top of the calipers so they can Rectify that with some 11.5s there's still a sh*tload of stuff to do you just don't drop late model stuff into early model stuff motor mounts will need to be corrected probably fabricated computer and other stuff to run the injection when the 2000 didn't have that on this particular Electra Glide,, let's wish them luck

For the few bucks when you are changing your rear tire its not a bad idea to go ahead and add the polyurethane cush pulley inserts to the wheel,

Side note dont just do the one, generally there are 3 main components in a bikes charging system, a battery regulator and stator,, usually all 3 need attention

While doing some stuff on Dan's evo softail we found some stuff that definitely needs our immediate attention, Harleys do shake and rattle but this might be a little much

Im thinkin the milkshake that Chucks 2009 Dyna has, will not bring all the boys yo the yard..
I should prolly put new stuff in there and see what happens.
This happens when you store the bike in a shed or place where the condensation from hot and cold is a bit more amplified.. after long long term storage always check and change the oils

Well i cant wait to hear from the i could do it myself guy, about who did this!

So do i just install the new calipers like they said they knew they need or fix it correctly and save them 5 or 6 hunnet?
Do something for someone and do extra they tell 2 people, make a mistake and they tell everyone but you!
(Im not perfect I make mistakes and I own up to them)

Well this sucks, but after a few xrays and exam it may be not as bad as the pain made me think, it turns out that Calcific Tendonitis is a thing and it f***s up the tendons for the shoulder, its painful as f**k! Its can take a long time to dissolve, ill be very limited on what I can do with 1 arm, luckily I have some good friends that I know will help with stuff, but stuff at the shop may be interesting for a while
