It can serve as a golf cart or as a Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV)* in the US, or a light quadracycle (l6e)** in the EU. It is the perfect golf cart upgrade: it includes air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, power windows, a full touchscreen infotainment system, and passenger car-level safety features. Unlike traditional golf carts or open-top LSVs, the Nano-3 is a fully enclosed vehicle with climate control, much greater range (up to 85 miles per charge), 4-wheel disc brakes, steel chassis, and hatchback with lots of cargo space. With optional LSV modification kit*, it can be fully street-legal and can be insured and registered with a license plate in all states under the LSV classification which will allow it to drive on roads with speed limits of 35 MPH or less (except NY and CT).
