During our free multipoint inspection we found that this 2015 GMC Sierra had no coolant in the reservoir. We found that the radiator was leaking to a drip after we added some coolant and started pressure testing. Customer was unaware that they even had a coolant leak but after we let them know they approved to replace and the truck is back cruising the roads 👍🏼

This 2017 Toyota Camry was brought in with a dead battery and the customer stated it was caused by the blower motor not turning off.
The second the jump pack was connected we verified the customers concern and heard the blower running even though the keys were in our pocket. After getting access to the motor we found that there is no command to the motor but it immediately comes on when plugged in. The motor is internally shorted! Customer approved and the new motor fixed the issue, no more dead batteries! 👍🏼🔧

2006 BMW Z4 came in with the concern of the car stumbling then shutting off when coming to a stop. Customer attempted a couple repairs but called us for an accurate diagnosis. We test drove the car while monitoring engine data and determined that there was an issue in the VANOS system causing the vehicle to die out. We found that the problem was a clogged filter to the solenoid not letting enough oil pressure return the mechanical plunger back to rest. This was all caused from a previous oil change, someone left out the stem in the cap causing a lot of un filtered oil go through the engine. We did an oil change, replaced the cap, and cleaned out both filters, now this Z4 is back to smooth riding! 👍🏼🔧

2014 Chevy Spark came in because the customer said it was low on power with a check engine light on. During the test drive we noticed that the transmission had a severe shudder then after driving for about 20 minutes we lost all gears. The faults stored were for low oil pressure in the transmission and per a TSB by GM this is caused due to foreign material entering the valve body which also caused severe internal component damage. Doing routine maintenance would have cleaned out the debris in the internals but in this case it wasn’t done so the transmission will need to be replaced. Call us to schedule preventative maintenance or any major components repairs!🚗🔧

2014 Kia Optima came in because the steering wheel clunks very loudly when turning right or left. After a quick diagnosis we determined that the problem was in the power steering motor on the column and after removing the motor we found the damper had completely disintegrated! Once the new damper was installed we took the vehicle for a test drive and verified that the noise is now gone 👍🏼🚗
