A SMALL WAY TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU!🙏🏻
It was truly an honor and a blessing for us at Triangle Chevrolet to fire up the grill, cook right at 200 hot dogs and ride around to find first responders, utility workers and linemen working hard in our communities so we could bring them a little food and let them know they are appreciated.
Sometimes, it’s the little things that mean the most. One moment that really touched our hearts was hearing about a contractor lineman who gave up his own lunch to a lady who had not eaten in several days. That simple act of kindness says so much about the kind of people who are out there working hard, looking out for others and putting others before themselves.
These men and women sacrifice so much, including precious time away from their own families to help restore power, keep our communities safe, and take care of others when they need it most. They work long hours, face difficult conditions and often go without the recognition they truly deserve.
We also want to recognize and thank the MANY PEOPLE who are working behind the scenes, the dispatchers, support crews, coordinators, and everyone else who plays an important role in keeping things moving. Not every sacrifice is visible and not every helping hand is seen, but every single role matters. It takes so many people working together to get the job done and we are grateful for every one of you!
Being able to give back, even in this small way, meant more to us than words can truly express. We only hope those hot dogs and chips brought a little comfort, a full stomach and a reminder that your hard work and sacrifices do not go unnoticed.
From all of us at Triangle Chevrolet, THANK YOU for everything you do! Whether you’re out in the field, answering the calls, coordinating the work, supporting the crews, or holding things together back home, we see you, we appreciate you, and we are praying for your safety. 🙏
