We are deeply saddened to hear the news of the passing of Kenny Shawver. The founder and face of Defiance Transmission for so many years. He was a GREAT man and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife Polly and family during this difficult time.

Happy August!

That means it’s almost time for the Defiance County Fair — and we’re just as excited as you are! 🎡🐖🐓🎟️

We want to let everyone know that we will be closed on August 21st & 22nd for some maintenance and so we can attend the Defiance County Fair Livestock Sale to support the many hardworking youth in our community. These kids have poured their hearts into their projects all summer long, and we can’t wait to cheer them on!

We’d love to see YOU there too!
To help make that happen, we’re giving away two weekly season passes to the fair! 🎟️🎟️

It looks like we have been cloned. The cloned account is telling people they won and that they have to follow a link and enter their credit card information. This is NOT the real Defiance Transmission. If you click on that site it shows no followers and no posts. That is a fake account, please report it. We will never ask for any personal information. When we do the drawing we will post it on our page on the 20th. We will then contact the winner directly. Thank you all again for sharing and we are sorry for the inconvenience these scammers have caused!
