We are looking for Body Shop Estimators to help support our booming Body Shop business and to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Responsibilities

Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelines
Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completions of repairs
Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Basic Computer skills- Proficient in CCC one
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Team player
Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
Math, reading, and computer skills
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Ensures that customer’s cars are kept clean

How long will it take for my car to be fixed? It's not a lot of damage.

We never know the extent of the damage until we dis assemble the vehicle, inspect the vehicle properly and get parts availability.

Here the headlamp assembly was cracked, but we could not see the damage until it was removed for inspection. The bumper tabs that secure the bumper to the car were also ripped, again not visible until removed. It very important to have a professional properly inspect your vehicle.

It's not that bad. (famous words at the accident scene)
You never know how bad it is until you dis assemble the damaged parts and have a professional inspect your vehicle for hidden damage.
Here there was quarter damage and a blind spot monitor behind the damaged bumper.

We are looking for a thorough, responsible Automotive Collision Detailer who will adhere to providing quality automotive cleaning services to our customers. The Detailer will clean vehicles according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detailed inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors. You should be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles.

Car Detailer Requirements:

Prior detailing experience preferred.
Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
Valid Driver's License.
