ZX14 and ZX14R Heavy Duty Cylinder Head Stud Kit

SAE Outlaw Performance heavy duty cylinder stud kit for the ZX14 and ZX14R . Our studs are made from ultra high strength heat treated premium aircraft steel . The kits come with hardened washers and 12 point high strength nuts.
The studs are broached for easy installation and removal.
They also have a shoulder to eliminate installation height issues. We have used several companies studs in the past, and like everyone, we were not happy with the quality and strength, Our studs have superior strength over the other name brands.
We use 14mm nuts for added strength not like others that use a thin wall 13mm or 1/2inch nuts
Torque the studs to 62-65 ft lbs with molybdenum l**e. Install the studs into the cases using a few drops of oil and tighten to 8-10 ft lbs,
Even though our studs can be torqued to 85 ft lbs safely, we do not recommend going that high as the case threads can be pulled out.
