Seventy-nine Nissan employees and interns from Smyrna, Canton, Decherd and Franklin recently participated in the 16th Annual Southern Automotive Women's Forum (SAWF) Conference in Huntsville, Alabama.

With more than 150 attendees from across the automotive industry, Nissan represented over half of all participants, underscoring the company's ongoing commitment to employee development and leadership growth.

Decherd Supply Chain Analyst Ashlie I. found the speakers inspiring. “Their accomplishments and the strong support networks they shared were both motivating and encouraging. I left the conference with several key takeaways and practical action items that I can apply to my daily work and personal growth."
