Call them for your fall maintenance!

As the temperatures begin to cool, September is the perfect time to get your heating system ready for the season ahead—whether you live in a house or a mobile home!

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐥:
🍁 Replace or clean your HVAC filter.
🍁 Schedule a heating system tune-up before colder weather arrives.
🍁 Make sure vents and registers are clear of furniture and debris.
🍁 Check weatherstripping around doors and windows to help keep warm air inside.
🍁 Test your thermostat to ensure it's working properly.

A little preventative maintenance now can help improve efficiency, reduce unexpected repairs, and keep your family comfortable all season long.
