NAFA has always been about connections—but this year, something shifted.

For J3 Management Group, it wasn’t just about being present on the floor. It was about how we showed up.

More alignment.
More intention.
Stronger conversations around compliance and fleet operations.
And a deeper understanding of what we actually do behind the scenes.

That shift didn’t happen by accident.

We were intentional about showing up before NAFA even started. Posting online, making it clear who we are, what we do, and how we support fleets.

We strengthened our presence by bringing on Kevin Carter, whose years of experience in helping businesses grow added another level to our conversations.

And we didn’t limit ourselves to the show floor making sure we were being present at mixers, connecting in every room, and showing up for both new and existing partners made the difference.
