đź–¤ Remembering Todd Ruppert đź–¤
It is with extremely heavy hearts that we share the passing of our friend, coworker, and longtime Reichard family member, Todd Ruppert, who passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at the age of 57.
Todd was a part of the Reichard family for nearly 40 years. Think about that for a moment — four decades of showing up, working hard, building friendships, helping customers, and being a familiar face to generations of people who walked through our doors. For so many of us, it’s difficult to imagine Reichard without Todd being here.
As our Parts Manager, Todd was someone we could always count on. But his importance to Reichard went far beyond his position. He was a friend, a coworker, a problem-solver, and someone who was always willing to lend a helping hand. His kind heart and willingness to help others left an impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Todd loved the simple things in life. He enjoyed being outdoors, listening to classic rock, working with his hands, and, of course, anything with a motor. That passion was something he shared with his family — from working on cars with his brother Brian to restoring a '68 Firebird alongside his dad.
And perhaps nothing brought Todd more happiness than spending time with his grandchildren. The countless hours he spent fishing with Sawyer, Brayden, and Collyns were moments that he treasured, and memories that his family will carry with them forever.
Todd leaves behind his mother, Ann; his children, Cody (Amalia) and Heather (Jordan); his brother, Brian (Mendy); his grandchildren; his nieces, McKinlee and Lacey; and many extended family members and close friends.
Here at Reichard, we will remember Todd not only for the nearly 40 years he dedicated to this dealership, but for the person he was — kind, loyal, hardworking, funny, and always willing to help.
There will be an empty spot here that simply cannot be filled.
Thank you, Todd, for nearly four decades of friendship, dedication, and memories. You were, and always will be, a part of the Reichard family.
You will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
