🏌️⛳ Walker Valley Baseball Chaos Classic is Coming! ⛳🏌️
Mark your calendars for Friday, September 4th as we host the 1st Annual Walker Valley Baseball Chaos Classic Golf Tournament at Flagstone Golf Club!
Here's how you can help:
🏌️ Register a Team
Love to golf? Grab three friends and sign up! We are limited to 26 teams, so spots will fill quickly.
🤝 Become a Sponsor
Sponsorships are the largest source of fundraising for this event. Whether you're a business owner, know someone who owns a business, or your employer is looking to support a great cause, we'd love to partner with you. We are also seeking donations for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks.
🎁 Donate Silent Auction Items
We're putting together a fantastic silent auction and need your help! Gift cards, sports memorabilia, experiences, trips, merchandise, services—anything that can be auctioned is appreciated. If every baseball family donated just one item, it would make a tremendous impact.
🙋 Volunteer
We need volunteers throughout the day to help make this event run smoothly. Opportunities include:
• Hole attendants
• Player check-in
• Food and drink service
• Setup and cleanup
• General event assistance
Many hands make light work, and we'd love to have you on our team!
📣 Spread the Word!
Please share this post with your friends, family, coworkers, golfers, and local businesses. Every share, sponsorship, donation, and volunteer helps us move closer to our goal.
