This Rayco C200 was experiencing pilot pump pressure issues. Got it cleaned off to inspect for leaks and test the pressure as the relief valve.

Couldn’t get it to build past the mid 500s and would bottom out when tracking.

Pulled the pilot relief valve and found dirt and rock stuck in it.

Cleaned the relief valve and got it building and maintaining pressure properly!

Now to repack the leaking lift cylinder(likely the culprit of the dirt getting into the system past the filters.

This customer called saying another company came out to look at her riding mower. They told her she needed a battery and tried pressuring her to buy one from them on the spot. 🤦🏼‍♂️

After 2 minutes of looking it over, we knew the battery was completely fine and that the starter was the issue.🔧😳

We resealed the whole oil cooler and it’s back out to work for Cloud Contracting.

A customer’s skid steer stopped running last week. We replaced the fuel filters due to the amount of debris in the separator. We also discovered a part of a blue shop towel in the fuel line. If you lose your fuel cap replace it! We had to remove the fuel tank and clean it because there was 5 shop towels in the tank. 🤦🏼‍♂️ Our customer is back up and running and finishing out their job before their Easter Weekend deadline!
