Hello to you all. I hope you all weathered the storms as safe as possible.
I would like to thank all of our loyal customers who brought their vehicles in for the first round of storms early last week. We have been working diligently with the insurance companies to try and get them worked through as quickly and efficiently as possible, while still doing a thorough inspection and estimate so nothing is overlooked. We appreciate your patience as we continue to run down the extensive list of vehicles.
As some of you may know, we had significant damage to our facility with the second round of storms later in the week. We have been working very hard since then to get our facility back up and running as quickly as possible. Again, we appreciate your patience as we work through this.
Although there are too many to list individually, I would like to thank everybody in the community that reached out in one way or another. The support from the community and its members is truly amazing. It is this kind of support that makes our community what it is and allows us to be successful at what we do. I would like to give a special shout out to the Dawson Boyd fire department, Cliff Viessman Inc, Ashling Farms, and Lund Farms for the use of equipment along with the manpower as well. Again, thank you all.
We will try our best to keep you updated as we continue to work through the repairs.
