🚨 DID YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TELL YOU THIS?

👉 “You HAVE to use one of our shops.”
👉 “We won’t cover your repairs if you go somewhere else.”
👉 “You’ll have to pay the difference if you choose your own shop.”
👉 “Your repairs won’t be guaranteed unless you use our shop.”

👨‍⚖️Recently, class-action lawsuits and other legal actions have been brought against insurance companies involving allegations of insurance steering.

State Farm, Progressive and other major insurers have faced lawsuits and complaints alleging that customers were directed toward preferred/direct-repair facilities or discouraged from using independent repair shops.

We hear from customers who say they were told they had to use the insurance company’s preferred shop or that their repairs wouldn’t be covered if they chose their own shop.

💯You have the right to ask questions

🛑 If your insurance company tells you that you HAVE to use a certain repair shop, ask them to put that in writing ✍️

Your insurance company can recommend a repair facility, but you should know your options when choosing who repairs your vehicle.

🚗 Your car. Your choice. Know your rights.

🇺🇸 Remembering September 11, 2001 🇺🇸

25 years later, we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who ran toward danger while others were running away.

We also remember how, for a brief time, our country came together. There were no sides. No politics. Just Americans standing beside Americans. 🤝

Today, our country feels more divided than ever. Maybe 9/11 can remind us of something we shouldn’t have to learn from tragedy: it shouldn’t take a disaster to bring us together.

We don’t have to agree on everything to love our country, respect one another, and stand together.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
