I've had some folks ask so here is the best answer I can offer. I have officially closed my car business Fox Auto Specialty after 19 years. Why did I close? Multiple factors but in the end it was just time to do so. I did it on my terms and timing. I will say it has been an emotional experience. You tear down what you built. The last few weeks have been challenging trying to adjust to the changes involved so if I've been out of touch please don’t take it personal. Hit me up.
I would like to thank all the people who encouraged me along the way and the nay sayers who just inspired me to work harder at being successful. Thank you to my family who all played some part along the way. Thank you to everyone who ever made a purchase from me. From local to Alabama to Canada to Australia friends were made that will never be forgotten. The people I've met along the way and the unbelievable stories associated with some of them was and is the best part of chasing cars. I'll still be chasing but on a smaller scale.
I tried to finish as I started… first 2 cars sold in 2005… 1966 GTO, 1970 GTO Judge… last 2 cars sold 2024… 1970 Buick GS, 1972 Mustang convertible and hundreds in-between. It was a good run...
