At Safari Falls Car Wash, we're committed to doing our part during the ongoing water crisis.

We are proud to be the only car wash in Liberty using an alternative water source, hauling in 100% of the water used at our Liberty location rather than drawing from the strained local water supply.

Over the last month, we've taken additional water-saving measures by upgrading our spot-free rinse process and adding water recycling systems for spot free rinse systems at both our Liberty and Danville locations. These improvements allow us to recover and reuse more water, reducing waste while continuing to deliver the spotless shine our customers expect.

🚨Unable to Process Media Error - Liberty🚨

Customers with family plans at our Liberty location have been getting an unable to process media error.

We have determined this error was caused when billing dates were extended due to the temporary closure related to the water shortage. Now that we have determined the root cause of the issue our software engineers are working toward a solution.

Safari Falls is excited to welcome our Liberty customers back! We are now open and happy to serve you. We want everyone to know that we are hauling in 100% of our water, and no city water is being used. Happy Washing! -Dakota & The Safari Falls Team

We are aware of the water shortage caused by the ongoing drought in our Liberty market. At tonight’s city council meeting, we were informed that we will need to cease car wash operations at some point this week.

Over the past four months, we have been actively working to install a well, and the project is now very close to completion. We are hopeful that we will be able to reopen within the next two weeks using this alternative water source.

For our members, both of our Danville locations will remain available for use—one located by Zaxby’s and the other by Dairy Queen.

All members who signed up at our Liberty location have already had their billing dates extended by one month. This means Liberty members will receive one free month added to their existing membership.

Because this was a very manual process, if you are charged within the next 30 days, please email [email protected] so we can promptly credit your account.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this situation and look forward to serving our Liberty customers again soon.

We experienced a brief issue at our Danville tunnel today where no soap or chemicals were dispensed. If you were affected by this please send us a PM of the time of your visit today so we can make this right. This was caused by a water valve being inadvertently shut off by a 3rd party vendor.
