Mr. Killian is a licensed ships Master, a former Marine Surveyor and an internationally recognized expert in the maritime industry. His family heritage in yacht and shipbuilding begins with Harlan and Hollingsworth, founded by his 5th great grandfather,

Elijah Hollingsworth who built the Patapsco for the US Navy, the first iron ship in the history of the Americas in1864. The company built 2 America's Cup champions, yachts and commercial ships for Henry Flagler, Charles Morgan, Cornelius Vanderbilt and many others including the US Navy well into the 20th century. The shipyard eventually evolved into Bethlehem Shipbuilding and having built over 800 vessels. As Broker of Record he is personally involved in every aspect of the firm's efforts to assure the best experience possible for our clients. His successful history in yacht & ship brokerage and marketing combined with his extensive maritime experience and credentials are virtually unrivaled. Rose Killian was born into and grew up in yachting. Her parents ran a successful sportfishing charter operation with both father and mother licensed captains. She is a knowledgeable professional in yachting and has worked side by side with her husband Joe Killian for nearly four decades. Rose has extensive experience as a Realtor specializing in luxury and waterfront properties in association with Florida Capital Realty, LLC.

The Gransport 45 has been built entirely in aluminium which contributes to her exceptional performance, reducing the yacht's overall weight to enhance speed, acceleration, and fuel efficiency.
