Our location is an awesome choice. We are close to Gatlinburg and the Smokies but we are not in the middle of it all. You get to choose! Do you love the lakes? We have two to enjoy right near us! Douglas and Cherokee Lake bring sure delight to a summer vacation.

That's more like it. The Parkway traffic is increasing during the late afternoon Friday "rush hour" in Gatlinburg. It may only be a one way bunch up, but wait until tomorrow when the Jeep Invasion event in Pigeon Forge ends.🙃
