Here's a run from last weekend's SCCA race in Oklahoma. Bill Holt's Patriot Blazer with Chris Edens driving finished first in CAMC and third overall (bested by two Porches, GT3 and GT4RS). You will see that the surface is ROUGH. Bill had softened the Viking Shocks a god bit. The secret to grip here is compliance, the same thing that delivers sure-footed performance on the streets. Average speed on course was just over 68 mph, with speeds on the straight and finish just over 80mph.
The suspension development on the Blazer has gone farther and faster than we had expected. It just keeps getting better. This week we tried a slightly larger rear sway bar, .188" wall up from .120". The results were good, with more neutral feel at speed and better rotation on tight corner entry. Big shout out to Bill and Chris for putting up a winning combination.
