We do not expect experience in all categories, but the pay will be determined on what experience you do have. The pay will be very best in the area.

Position hours are 8am to 5pm M-F.
Located in Dandridge, TN.

T&C Diesel Truck and Trailer Repair is growing, and we’re looking to add a Service Writer / Customer Service Representative to our team!

This full-time position (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) is perfect for someone who not only enjoys working with people but also has hands-on experience or strong knowledge in diesel mechanics. Understanding the language and workflow of truck and trailer repair is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
• Communicating effectively with customers and technicians
• Scheduling and managing daily workflow
• Ordering and tracking parts
• Maintaining service records (customer and in-house)
• Light clerical tasks and general shop coordination

You’ll serve as the key link between our customers and service team, so the ability to speak both “mechanical” and “customer service” is a must.
