This crane came to us with a complete clutch failure, shortly after the customer had purchased it, leaving it out of service when it was needed most.

As our team worked through the repair, we discovered severely worn pto and pump splines that were on the verge of causing even bigger issues down the road. We replaced the clutch, repaired the worn pto and pump splines, and addressed several oil leaks to get this machine back to work reliably.

It’s a good reminder that sometimes the biggest problems are the ones you haven’t found yet. Taking the time to thoroughly inspect equipment during major repairs helps prevent future downtime and keeps our customers operating safely and efficiently.

We currently have been trusted with the repairs and tune up of the famous John Madden tour bus. If you know football history, you know Madden was known for traveling cross-country by bus instead of flying logging tens of thousands of miles annually in the “madden cruiser”.

Pretty cool piece of history to have in our shop.

Day in the Life: Spring Rush at the Shop. Spring is a busy time of year and this year is no exception. Whether it’s trucks or RVs, everyone is gearing up for a busy summer on the road. Just a quick list of some of the projects we had in the shop last week:
- liquid spring installation
-Peterbuilt for a turbo and programming
-F250 for brakes and ball joints
-Rv for tires and a heater core
-rv for a spring inspection.
