Again, we are going to get kind of personal on this business page. Because this page has a ton of loyal followers, a lot more followers than my others, and I want to share some thing that is going on between a large company Polaris Slingshot Polaris Off Road and my small business DFW Slingshot Rentals. I have been up here working on the restaurant for over a month, and haven’t seen my wife while she’s down there working hard and dealing with things. We have purchased over $500,000 in vehicles from this manufacture and three of the vehicles that are two years old have been in the shop for over a year. They offered to buy them back for 50% of MSRP. We have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in rentals in that year because they are unrentable and they’ve been in the shop for almost half their life. They want to give us $12,000 for Slingshot that right now are selling for $23,000.
This is what it’s doing to my wife, our business and our relationship. Watch the video and share, share share!
Tag Polaris Slingshot and tell them to fix this. I am sure somebody at Polaris that can make these decisions , has a heart and will do what’s right.

If you have done business with us, you know how we treat our customers. If only other businesses would do the same!

Fellow slingshot riders beware!
In my opinion there are far better slingshot dealerships than Grapevine Powersports.
GM Carl Said he will not do any more business with us because all we do is warranty work!

They have 3 of my slingshots now and have had one of them for over 8 months. with 3 months between some notes. Carl also said “When we crunch the numbers and look at what we make with dealing with your units on warranty and that sort of thing… So it’s just not worth it”

And the biggest and most unprofessional thing is telling me that Thanh is “unruly and rude” and that “nobody wants to work with her” because she was upset that they have put a note on our slingshot case for months and they are costing us thousands.
Thanh is beside me crying during this phone call because of what Carl said about her.

Anyone know Thanh to be unruly and rude? Anyone at all? Let me know in the comments.

I have been nice for two years dealing with Grapevine Powersports incompetence, but now the gloves are off! You are going to be wishing you were dealing with Thanh!

It looks like blocked us. Imagine that.
