Mounting the air conditioner. As is typical of most euro 3.0 CSi’s, my car did not come with air conditioning. This unit was removed from my US parts car.

These yellow 5 amp, german, ceramic fuses were not available at the parts stores. Once again, Ebay came to the rescue.

This is the left side glove box. It was missing when i got the car and unfortunately was missing from the parts car too....

This is the left side glove box. It was missing when i got the car and unfortunately was missing from the parts car too.
Apparently the bottom hinge collects moisture, rusts and freezes up. Attempts to force it open damages the door.

I was fortunate to find a replacement (pictured) on ebay)

Installed the hood release lever, wire ,and hood catches. Once installed, the assembly had to be adjusted.

Retrofitted door window motors with a pair from a newer model. The motor assembly was not as slim as the original and would have prevented interior panels from mounting flush, so I has to shim it back about 8 mm.

This, may or may not interfere with the glass when installed. I will deal with that later.

Made new flexible door wiring cable to replace the old ones that were hard and brittle. Still need to install rubber bus...
