This tow truck had one job tow things. It did it a little too hard.
Ford F550 with a full tow package rolled in with a 10R140 that was completely cooked. Stripped clutches, broken clutches, missing gear teeth. This thing was done.
We tore it all the way down and built it back better than factory:
🔩 Updated CDF drum
🔩 Updated trashcan
🔩 TransGo shift kit for increased apply pressure
🔩 Valve body ultrasonically cleaned — every circuit and passage spotless before it goes back in
Why the upgrades? Because the stock setup wasn’t built for what these trucks actually do. We address the weak points every single time so this transmission outlasts the next one that comes in like this.
