Lucas Auto Care is incredibly proud to have sponsored Cy-Fair High SchoolTeacher of the Year award since 2018.

This year was extra special — and especially meaningful — as we honored Kevin Corken, Cy-Fair High School’s 2026 Teacher of the Year at the annual Cypress-Fairbanks ISD Salute to the Heroes Celebration!

Mr. Corken turned Room 6004 at the corner of the main hallway into something truly extraordinary: Corken’s Corner. With his door propped open and that unforgettable smile, he greeted every student by name. He noticed who needed real help and who just needed a high-five. He brought consistency and kindness to a school day that can sometimes feel anything but.

Sadly, Mr. Corken passed away before the Salute to the Heroes celebration on March 6th. We were deeply honored to celebrate his legacy at the event alongside his wife and brother.

Long after the bells ring and the hallways empty, the spirit of Corken’s Corner will live on — not just in a hallway, but in the hearts of every student he taught, led, and loved.

Rest in peace, Mr. Corken. Thank you for the difference you made every single day.

After 20 wonderful years, Tyger and Anya Lucas are excited to announce their retirement from Lucas Auto Care! They look forward to spending more quality time with their grown kids and grandkids while enjoying their golden years together. Tyger and Anya founded Lucas Auto Care in Cypress in 2007, building it on a foundation of honest, expert European auto repair and outstanding customer service. They are deeply grateful to all their amazing customers, dedicated employees, loyal friends, and supportive family who helped make the business the success it is today. Thank you!

They are proud and confident that the future of Lucas Auto Care is in excellent hands with their daughter Ashleigh, her business partner Ryan, and the entire team at Alloy Automotive Partners.

This moment is especially meaningful not just because of Lucas Auto Care’s success and standing in its community, but because Lucas Auto Care has long been part of our operating partner Ashleigh Civitello’s family story.

Founded in Cypress, Texas by Tyger and Anya Lucas in 2007, Lucas Auto Care is built on a foundation of honest, expert European auto repair with industry-best customer service. In 2009, Ashleigh Civitello (née Lucas) joined her father Tyger and stepmother Anya to help grow the business. Rising from Intern to General Manager, she worked alongside them for nearly a decade before moving to Denver to launch SimplyEuro in Castle Pines. Today, Lucas Auto Care is a 8-bay facility with 6 Technicians, 2 Service Advisors, a Parts Manager, and a General Manager. In 2025 alone, it serviced nearly 3,400 European vehicles in the Cypress community and beyond.

As Tyger and Anya move on to new ventures, we’re proud to carry their legacy forward at Alloy. Lucas Auto Care will keep the same trusted name, the same great teammates, and the same commitment to excellence that have made it a longstanding leader in the Cypress community.
