⚠️ Fraud Warning to Tesla Owners ⚠️

It has come to our attention that an individual in Arizona is fraudulently using the CPR Tesla Repair / CPR EV Repair name, logo, and reputation to scam Tesla owners.

This person is falsely claiming to be the owner of our company and telling customers that we “moved to Arizona,” while directing them to look at our legitimate Houston Google reviews to gain trust. Unfortunately, we have already been made aware of at least two victims who were misled by this impersonation.

To be clear:
• CPR EV Repair is based in Houston & Austin, Texas and has NOT moved or expanded to Arizona.
• We have no affiliation with anyone offering services under our name outside of our official Houston operation.
• Our official contact number is 832-493-6261.

If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent CPR Tesla Repair / CPR EV Repair outside of the Houston area, please proceed with caution and verify directly with us before sending any payment or scheduling service.
We take our reputation and our customers’ trust very seriously, and we are actively looking into this situation, and will be pursing any and all legal recourse.

CPR EV Repair is expanding in Austin and we’re looking for a motivated Entry Level EV Technician to join our team now through February!

No EV experience required — just a passion for automotive repair and a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity to break into the electric vehicle industry with hands-on training provided.

Position Details

Pay: $15–$30/hr (based on experience)
Location: CPR EV Repair – Leander, TX
Type: Full-time, in person

What You’ll Do

-Assist senior techs with diagnostics and EV repairs
-Perform basic maintenance (tires, brakes, inspections, fluid checks)
-Learn EV powertrain, electrical systems, and ADAS fundamentals
-Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely
-Help document repairs and communicate findings
-Housekeeping around the shop

What We’re Looking For

-Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
-Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
-Willingness to train, learn, and grow
-Strong work ethic and good communication skills

This customer of ours just had his windshield replaced by a Tesla certified shop here in Houston last month. While in for an unrelated repair, we found some real shoddy, unethical work. Choose your repair shops wisely. Check reviews, look for customer experiences online, and if ever in doubt of the work you had performed, have another shop inspect it!

It’s a real shame to have to post this, but after fielding many dozens of calls from emotional victims of scams over the past several months who have lost anywhere from hundreds to thousands of dollars, we feel we need to post this. This has also been posted as a pop up on the home page of our website to hopefully prevent future victims from being scammed.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

And please, talk with your parents, grandparents, and great grand parents regarding these types of scams.
