We now have the capability to 3D print stainless components. Increasing our design capabilities. Showing up now In our E210 side exits, Nissan Juke and Sentra downpipes. We use Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) / Selective Laser Melting (SLM): Industrial machines use a high-powered laser to fuse stainless steel powder layer by layer. Parts achieve near 100% density and high structural strength right off the build plate.

We came across this photo during Covid, when the tracks, the crowds went quiet. And this one hit home. The engine coming toward him and disappearing down the track, gear changes, exhaust note, vibration through the ground, tire noise, the smell of fuel and brakes. At a racetrack, those sensations are enormous. We all share the same love.
