We came across this photo during Covid, when the tracks, the crowds went quiet. And this one hit home. The engine coming toward him and disappearing down the track, gear changes, exhaust note, vibration through the ground, tire noise, the smell of fuel and brakes. At a racetrack, those sensations are enormous. We all share the same love.

So how did the Kinugawa turbo do? We'd say pretty damn good on the 1.6l Juke. 2JR bolt on FMIC, piping and catted downpipe and 2JR catback. All of these parts install easily. Great power gains. Map 3, we tuned the peak a touch later, for less stress on the powertrain and less wheel spin. But it just keeps pulling.
