We are proud to announce that
MTR Fleet Services has been acquired by Fleetpride inc.

Fleetpride is the largest aftermarket parts and soon to be service provider in the country. We are now service center #62 and will be servicing the Atlanta and north metro area out of our base here in Cu***ng, Ga.

Fleetpride has retained the local management, employees and property, and is commited to giving customers the same service as MTR.

All account customers and existing customers have been rolled over into their data base so there will be no disruption in service, and because they have maintained the local management customers will enjoy working with the same folks as before.

Christy and I want to thank all of our customers, employees and vendors who we have had the pleasure of working with for the last 19 years.
Christy and I have agreed to stay on with Fleetpride and will continue to run this branch just as before. So our customers and employees can be assured that they will receive the same level of service as before.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Truck Technician/mechanic
• Performs skilled and complicated mechanical work on heavy-duty truck equipment and related components with minimum supervision
• Troubleshooting on and repair on all aspects of truck. Engine, transmission, driveline, suspension, brakes, electrical.
• Follow a checklist of inspection procedures
• Test drive vehicles to diagnose malfunctions
• Read and interpret diagnostic test results, often by using dials, gauges and computer equipment
• Raise trucks and heavy parts or equipment by using hydraulic jacks or hoists
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions and engines
• Minimum three years of hands-on diesel experience in a related mechanical field or graduate of diesel vocational courses
• Maintains a neat and orderly working area and proper handling of company tools
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts
• Adjust and align wheels, tighten bolts and screws, and attach system components
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components, parts and other mechanical or electrical equipment
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment and parts
• Other duties as assigned

Pay scale based on experience: $20-$35+per hour and incentive bonus. SIGNING BONUS for qualified individuals.

MTR Fleet Services is currently seeking help to fill the position of a Service Writer in our main shop in Cu***ng GA. The individual needs to have some level of experience with diesel trucks, have exceptional customer service skills, have basic computer knowledge and be very motivated. Our shop is growing and very busy, we are looking for someone to help us continue to grow and be part of the MTR family. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person who wants to contribute to a successful company.

Job Description:
Check in customers and their trucks
Scheduling
Keep customers informed of their status and estimated cost of repairs
Get the relevant information needed to best serve or customers
Start and review service orders
Work with the technicians in the shop and notify customers of any other repairs that are needed or updates on their repairs and document such communications
Maintain a clean and tidy work space and customer waiting area
Other duties as assigned
