A friend of my clients found their bathroom in disarray. Surprised, she reached out to the technicians in the area but could not find someone to come out due to the bathroom condition until she came across our flyer and reached out to me. She stated how discouraged she was that no one would come out to replace the toilet due to its condition. We notified her that we would bring the appropriate PPE and take care of the issue by replacing the toilet and sanitizing the bathroom. The moral of this story is that it's important to check up on our neighbors and ensure they are doing okay, not just hiding behind the convenient masks we often dawn. Never be ashamed to reach out and ask for help. You or your friends should never have to feel uncomfortable in your home-on-wheels.
