💧 A small leak can lead to a big repair.
This 4-year-old camper came to us because the floor in the slide had become soft. After digging into the problem, we found the cause: the slide windows were never properly sealed at the factory.
Over time, rainwater worked its way past the unsealed windows, soaking the floor until the wood failed. By the time the floor feels soft under your feet, the damage underneath has usually been happening for quite a while.
Our repair included removing the damaged flooring, replacing the rotten wood, reinforcing the slide floor, and properly sealing the windows to help prevent the problem from returning.
If you've noticed:
✔️ A soft or spongy floor
✔️ Water stains around windows
✔️ Musty odors
✔️ Signs of water intrusion
Don't wait. Catching a leak early can save thousands in repairs.
