ok so the season is winding down....big shows are upon us...and I want to say I am really proud of the Mark's Racing Engines Team this year. Tony Crumptin for the first night out in an unknown car doing so good lookin good brother! Rowdy Day for bustin ass and workin hard to park it on the slab again and again..making the show at Texas..I commend you brother! Bo Day for your feature win's ...and making it to the A main at boone...Quite an accomplishment bro! Cody Phillips for your feature win's, and brother Kyle Phillips for your feature wins and track championship...you dont know what that means to me!...Brandon King for the few times you got to race...lookin fast brother! Cheyenne Murray....your just fast sista,cant wait to see you bust some balls in the limited next year! This my Retirement year...I love racing and have loved what I do for a living and am blessed to have been able to build engines for so many drivers for so long, I have made some lifelong friends...too many to mention...Jimmy Day, Larry Killian,Garry Phillips,Wendall Bolden just to name a few.I am still gonna be part time...but honestly my heath issues are gonna dictate what I can do. I dont want to let anyone down...so I will do next season to help my drivers stay up front, but honestly Im getting old and cant do 16hr days in the shop anymore. so I guess what I'm sayin is...I'm offically part time. now as far as sponsorships....my picks for next year are.... Rowdy Day,Kyle phillips,Cody phillips,Brandon King, Chyenne Murray, and Brian Mchenry because these people have been loyal to me for years and I will be loyal to them for as long as I am able.
