We're looking for an **Apprentice Window Tint Installer** who brings honesty, integrity, dependability, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

**💰 PAY & OPPORTUNITY**
- $20/hour starting pay
- **Guaranteed increase to $23/hour after six months of employment**
- Additional production-based commission opportunities once qualified
- Paid, hands-on training
- W-2 employment
**🕘 WORK SCHEDULE**
- Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:00 PM
- One-hour unpaid lunch, 12 PM–1 PM
- 36 hours and 15 minutes of regularly scheduled paid work per week
- **NO WEEKENDS**
**🔧 WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL EXPECTATIONS**
Our shop is climate-controlled, with air conditioning and dehumidification operating throughout the workday.
During peak summer operations, frequently opening and closing the garage doors can cause indoor temperatures to reach approximately **85°F**, even with both systems running.
**THIS IS A VERY PHYSICALLY ACTIVE POSITION.**
- Nearly the entire workday is spent on your feet, continuously moving around vehicles
- Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, kneeling, and changing positions
- Requires stamina, coordination, and attention to detail while staying physically active
- Occasional lifting and handling of film rolls and supplies weighing approximately 20 pounds
- Heavy lifting and heavy tool operation are not typical requirements
- All necessary tools and equipment are provided

**📋 TRAINING & PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS**
We understand that learning a trade takes time. We don't expect someone without experience to perform like a professional installer on day one.
However, this is a skill-based position with clear expectations for continued improvement.
We provide the training, tools, and opportunity to succeed. In return, we expect consistent progress toward performing quality installations independently while maintaining our customer service standards.
**Continued employment depends on demonstrating the ability to learn the trade and meet our workmanship, attendance, performance, and customer service standards. Employees who are unable to develop the required skills or meet these standards will not be retained.**
