You should have your RV inspected for water intrusion at least once a year. I have often heard and seen people waiting until they see a leak. By that time damage is being done. 2017 never had a full roof treatment. Decking is starting to get soft by front rail (pic 2).

2021, 39ft coach. 3 spots of water intrusion with much more area where problems could have developed during winter...New lapseal, also will be getting this coaches trim rails proflexed, dauber screens and max air covers installed (once they arrive).
